2023-07-17 Release Announcement

With every release, there are always minor changes and updates. Below are some of the more impactful changes made.

Introducing Peer Recovery Services for Clinical Workflow clients. PRS starts on the Prospect Workflow to identify which clients have active insurance which can be billed by the provider.
Calls created from the Enterprise have a transcript automatically generated.
The new permission "Assign to Queue" for the Prospect module now has an associated permission with it. Staff members that will be assigning the clients will need to have the associated permission activated.
In the Prospect module, flagged questions and answers carry forward to the client's profile.
An additional permissions was introduced that will allow staff members to merge client records. This is to eliminate possible duplicate client records.
For the screening questions library, admins can now edit their own questions and categories to customize the questions provided.
Screening question answers are carried forward to the client's record.
Introduced a new "Master Bill of Services" for the Value Based Contract module.
Introduced new permissions to limit access to the shift notes and client notes. These permissions can be turned on or off on the staff member's profile.
Flagged questions now carry over to the client's Time Travel history.

The requested screening questions for clients in Canada are now live.
The requsted screening questions for the PNW are now live.
Created the new Out-of-State Offender client questionaire for the requested organization.
