When it comes to creating a client within the clinical system, it's very much the same process as on the Enterprise. Navigate over to the Patient Management tab and click the Add a Patient button located in the top right.
When the screen refreshes, you'll then be able to build out the client's profile. Because the clinical side allows counselors to bill their respective insurance provider, there are several additional required fields as compared to the usual fields available on the enterprise side. All the required fields must be provided in order to complete the client's profile.
For those centers that have an existing integration with Sober Peer, then clients are automatically created via the API with the required fields. However, the center still has the ability to create new patients from the enterprise.
