Lab Orders

For participating centers, a plethora of drug tests can be requested from within Sober Peer.

Gaining Access to a Provider

There are currently two primary labs that can be used within Sober Peer:

1. Millennium Health.

2. Emerald.

A contract is required directly with the lab organization to gain access to the lab integration within the Sober Peer platform. Please reach out to your Sober Peer representative, or chat with Charlie to have us facilitate the partnership.

Completing a Lab Order

Initiating a lab order can be completed in under two minutes.

1. Navigate to the client's profile.

2. Click the "Edit Profile" hyperlink next to the client's name.

3. Scroll down on the left hand tabs until you see "Lab Order". Click on that tab.

   
4. Click the blue "New Order" button located in the top right of the page.

5. Complete the mandatory fields for the lab order.

   
6. Click the "Select Lab Test(s)" button to specify which tests you would like to complete.

   
7. Once all the required fields are completed, click the blue "Create Order" button located in the bottom right of the page.

8. Return to the "Lab Order" tab to view the status of all orders as well as print out the specimen label by clicking the Printer icon located on the same row as the lab order.

9. Once the Laboratory has resulted the test, then the status column will update with the results.

10. To view the results, click the downward arrow to save the PDF to your local computer.
