The Screening Question Library is used by intake coordinators to customize the questions available and required during the intake process.
To access the Screening Question Library subsection, check to make sure that your user role has the required Screening Library permission under the Admin > Staff > [Your Name] > Roles & Permissions > 19. Screening Library.
Accessing the Screening Question Library is done on the Admin tab.
From there, select the service type that you'll be conducting the intake for. The screening questions that may be used for the residential clients is not necessarily the same for virtual clients or other types of services provided.
Once a service type is selected, you'll see five categories on the left hand side outlining the broader screening question categories.
For each of the available categories, you'll see a custom set of questions that you can either move or rearrange based on your center's program.
Tagging an answer as "flagged" will mark the total number of flagged answers on the client's profile.
Flagged answers are considered high risk answers.
