Augmented intelligence provides insight and standardizes the quality of the customer experience, while all the client’s information flows seamlessly through the Intake and Admissions workflow.
Second, our new Aftercare Outcomes Survey help you properly document the success of your clients.
This survey tracks the progress of your alumni as they reenter the community. Periodic sampling offers insights about whether they’ve returned to old bad habits or are building a new healthy lifestyle.
Now you can easily identify clients who deserve a pat on the back versus those who are trending down and need your alumni staff to reach out and help.
Third, your new virtual assistant, Alex, helps clinical providers better understand their clients and take the best next steps with them.
