2023-05 Level of Care Changes
We've got big changes coming your way in May!
To accomodate clients that are transitioning through multiple levels/phases of care, we are making changes to the client demographics field to be able to capture all the phases and their related outcomes in a single location and streamline the client updates. As such, the following changes are going live the week of the 22nd.
The Level of Care tab is being renamed to Phase Level.
The field titled "Student Phase/Level of Care" is going to move to the new Phase Level tab.
The Phase Level tab will be able to track multiple phases and their associated outcomes. Keep in mind that only one phase can be active at a time.
That's it! Your clients' existing data will carry over to the new layout and you will immdiately be able to pick up where you left off.
Going forward, make sure to record the phases and outcomes instead of overwriting the levels of care.
