For new staff handling the center administrator role within Sober Peer, those staff members can demonstrate compotency by completing the following tasks:
Create a new practice staff member under the Admin > Staff subsection. See the Staff Management page for more info.
Add a new promo code under the Admin > Promo Codes subsection.
Determine how many times a promo code has been used thus far.
For multi-center sites, create a new sample center under the Admin > Center subsection.
Create a new small group under the Admin > Small Groups subsection.
Review the existing small groups. Who is currently enrolled in the small groups?
Create a new sample pre-defined task under the Admin > Task subsection.
Archive the sample pre-defined task.
Generate a Center KPI report for the current month under Reports > Center KPI Report.
