For new staff handling the alumni/aftercare program within Sober Peer, those staff members can demonstrate compotency by completing the following tasks:
Invite a new client from the enterprise system.
Invite a new client from the mobile app.
Send a broadcast message to two or more clients.
Create a template to access later. Be sure to think about making the template generic so that it can be used for multiple clients.
Send a message to a client from the mobile app.
Assign an alumni a survey.
Review an alumni’s survey dashboard. Take note if the client is trending up or down with their scores.
On the client’s profile page, assign a client a task that requires a video.
Assign a one-on-one telehealth appointment for one from now.
