Alumni/Aftercare

For new staff handling the alumni/aftercare program within Sober Peer, those staff members can demonstrate compotency by completing the following tasks:

• Invite a new client from the enterprise system.

• Invite a new client from the mobile app.

• Send a broadcast message to two or more clients.

• Create a template to access later. Be sure to think about making the template generic so that it can be used for multiple clients.

• Send a message to a client from the mobile app.

• Assign an alumni a survey.

• Review an alumni’s survey dashboard. Take note if the client is trending up or down with their scores.

• On the client’s profile page, assign a client a task that requires a video.

• Assign a one-on-one telehealth appointment for one from now.
