In Person Dashboard

There are three distinct dashboards available in Sober Peer. Each dashboard provides an overview of the different client types and their related Sober Peer Behavioral Scores, revenue, and engagement level.

In Person Dashboard

The inpatient dashboard provides insight into clients that are physically with the provider. Providers with access to this dashboard can view the following information:

• Client Types

  • View active and inactive clients in the Intake & Enrolled status.

• Average Scores

  • Average Sober Peer Behavioral Scores, Faith, and Addiction scores for active clients.

• Client Engagement

  • Total number of surveys, tasks, and courses completed and average per client.

• Client Activity

  • All recent notes, tasks, surveys, courses, and growth plans for in person clients.

• Total Monthly Revenue by Client Stage

  • Cumulative revenue for intake, enrolled, and discharged clients.

  • This tile is only available for users with the center administrator role.

• Client Details

  • Quickly access assigned clients.
