Generic Counselor/Coach/Therapist Permissions

We recommend the following permission structure for a general counselor/coach/therapist.

These permissions will ensure the staff member can do the following:

  1. Login and view in person clients.

  2. Create and view staff notes about clients.

  3. Create shift logs.

The staff member will not be able to do the following:

  1. View/manage prospects.

  2. View confidential notes.

  3. View confidential documents.

  4. Edit closed client records.

  5. Complete any administrative activity like adding new staff, sending out app announcements, managing growth plans, etc.
