# Resetting Your Password

Regardless of the platform used, the reset password functionality is exactly the same.

1. Navigate to the login URL (platform.youu.com) or (provider.soberpeer.com) 
2. Click the "Forgot Password" link on the left hand side, below the password prompt.

3. Enter the user's email, and the click the "Submit" button.

4. The user will then receive an email within 30 seconds to reset their password.&#x20;
5. Follow the link included in the email, which will guide the user to enter a new password twice. From there, the user will then be prompted to login.

Please note, anyone can request a password reset for another user. For example, center administrators can request password resets for their individual staff.
