Small Groups Dashboard

The Small Groups dashboard provides information about clients that are participants in small groups.

Providers with access to this dashboard can view the following information:

• Group Type

  • The number of Active and Inactive users by private and published small groups.

• Client Engagement

  • The number of active, average clients per group, and guest passes for private and published small groups.

• Average Scores

  • Average Sober Peer Behavioral Scores, Faith, and Addiction scores for active small group clients.

• Total Connected Population

  • Number of unique clients participating in small groups.

• Total Interactions

  • Number of posts, comments, likes, chat messages, and small group participants.

• Total Net Monthly Revenue

  • Total revenue for published and private small groups.

• Map

  • Map of the locations for small group participants.

• Small Group Details

  • A grid showing key information related to each small group.
