Once the discharge document is complete, then the client with automatically be discahrged. {% hint style="info" %} When discharging a client, make sure to complete all the other required documentation for the client's profile prior to completing the discharge summary. You will need to re-admit the client if any additioanl information needs to be added to the client's chart post-discharge. {% endhint %}
